Roster comes from a First Name / Last Name import managed by the admin; only an instructor can add a missed student. Sessions are labeled by instructor + date, and all data is saved automatically.

Each term collects its own practice hours. You can run more than one at once — the current term is where new sessions are recorded. New terms start hidden from instructors until you release them, so you can set one up ahead of time without instructors switching into it early.
The cohort’s students. Upload a roster file to add them in bulk, or remove anyone who dropped. Removing a student with logged hours also deletes their attendance — you’ll confirm by typing their name.
One per line, First Last (or Last, First). Re-uploading merges — no duplicates.

The 4-digit code instructors enter to run practice sessions on the iPad. Change it anytime — the old PIN stops working immediately, so update the class if you rotate it.
Create an individual login for someone who manages the program. You set a temporary password and hand it to them — they can change it later. No email needed.
Note on Instructor accounts: Instructors run practice sessions using the shared instructor PIN on the class iPad — they don’t need an individual login for that. An Instructor account created here is a valid login but currently does not grant access to session tools (instructors use the PIN). For now, this screen is mainly for adding Admins. Per-instructor logins are planned for a later phase.
Change someone's role or deactivate their access. You can't remove your own admin access.
